Rated 4 out of 5 by That Guy from bought it for the motor, moded to fit other model bought it today to put back a elder formatting winnow. IT seems the older fans had thinner stack. All the newer ones are thicker. The newest has the integrated black housing with motor. To consort the 763rln housing. You have to have a dremel and a metal cutting wheel. The shaft needed to Be abbreviated and a "D" need to be made on the tip so the fan will fit. The overall length is 3"(tooshie of motor to bakshish of the fan), any more the fan will hit the housing on top. Please take apart and lubed the two ends of the motor(triflow, non wd40), just because we dont know how long this has been sitting on the shelf. Its powerful enough, but they werent kidding about 4 sones. Its not quiet.

I visited the store and could non observe information technology (store seemed short staffed soh could not mystify any help) but information technology was on-line as 'in stock'. I went home and called and was told they were up above the others so I went back and got IT. It fits perfect and was very easy to establis. I also agree information technology is significantly louder but does seem to move the air shaft. I believe it is priced elated considering it is only the motor and fan but preserved me the trouble of a more complicated put in which is worth something...

Rated 4 out of 5 by achan60 from Perfect tense & easy replacement for F650 fan motor I bought two fan motors today to replace the ones that have been in my home for 25 years (I think). Both died in the same week, but we are renovating so the dot might have contributed to information technology. They are the perfect fitting for the same boxes (F650 or Broan 650-1), including the metallike tabs and screw yap placement. I looked at a few hearty units that were 25% cheaper, but IT would have either meant swapping the motor assembly or fetching out the whole unit and hours of cutting, drilling, installation, wiring, tape &ere; mud & paint. This is much easier--even if they charge me look-alike what I think they are really worth. $25 bucks spare concluded the alternative is worth 3 hours of my time any daytime. I just like information technology was a little quieter for the price I paid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by GordieHowl from Sounds like a small Aircraft Motor This Fan was a Ace easy installation into my existing housing but as people have said IT is rattling noisy. I was real disappointed in BROAN for designing this unit with sexagenarian style rooter blades and mechanics so that it has too turn so fast to raise zephyr flow comparable unaccustomed fans today. They need to make grow a new design with new fan blades and Mechanism that fits into the existing old H600 Housings. A replacement Fan today shouldn't produce more than 4x the noise every bit today's fans doh !

Ordered happening line pickup truck and was waiting the next day. Totally plug and bid, 5 minute instal. Thought process that for over $50.00 it should have at least a new grillroom, but alas, no. Seems noisier than I remembered, I'm trusty that broan could have built a quieter fan. Reason for 4 star paygrad, noise, expense and lack of young grill.

Rated 4 prohibited of 5 past halifaxfaninstall from Works as foretold Originally, i wanted to replace the full fan, centrifugal, casing, wiring but my bathroom fan is pretty small so it was hard to receive the right fit. I bought a fan+motor with "universal healthy" but it didn't conditioned the dimensions. I ended up keeping the original metal living accommodations and wiring because there's nonentity wrong with them. Still couldn't obtain anything with the right dimensions and then I checked online at Rona. This one matched perfectly. Picked it rising the next day via online cognitive operation. fyi my old fan was also a Broan.
